At the Bell Inn, in Derby, on Friday the 4th day of March next, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon; A Valuable Copyhold ESTATE, consisting of a Messuage or Farm house with suitable outbuildings and appurtenances, and several Closes of Land called the Milner’s Field, Ridding, Blind Stile, Rough Close, Well Field, and Barn Close, containing in the whole 30 Acres or thereabouts, situated in Biggin, in the county of Derby, and now in possession of Mr. Sampson Knifton or his assigns. Possession may be had at Lady Day next; and for further particulars application to be made at Mr. CURZON’s Office, in Derby.
